Bookstore Ownership Training Workshop: Daily Operations & Management
What will you experience in the three-day hands-on bookstore training?
The three-day hands-on bookstore training covers a comprehensive agenda including store design, computer system options, buying routines, inventory management, back room operations, bookkeeping, staffing, marketing for customer loyalty, and essential book industry tools like ABA, Edelweiss, Ingram, and Shelf-Awareness. An optional half-day focuses on café operations.

The tuition for the bookstore training is $1895 USD. This includes a Planning Guide and access to online training programs. Credit will be issued for prior purchase of training materials.
